Granite worktops and counters are dressed and polished to meet our most particular standards. They will sustain a lifetime of hard treatment and will, with reasonable care, retain their high polish indefinitely. Many top Kitchen designers specify granite worktops in their kitchen designs and ideas.

Whereas many companies are importing cheap, inferior quality stone – we have always maintained that for kitchen design in the UK the highest quality granite is necessary. The granite is selected to be fault free so as to take the highest polish (see the online samples above). Our granite is selected from the longest continuous granite slab lengths available (2.4m - 3.0m).

Marble was formerly popular in the Victorian era as garden and solarium furniture, but is now making a come-back. Marble worktops and counter top furniture are becoming more popular as luxurious bathroom furniture and more recently for luxury sunroom furniture, swimming pool funiture and conservatories. Polished Marble provides a more pleasing alternative to laminate; and at very little extra cost. Recently, with the increasing demand for sunrooms and conservatory extensions, marble has been rediscovered as a luxury stone surface for tables and benches.

Silestone worktops are tough, durable and beautiful. Silestone worktops can be impregnated with antibacterial agent so Silestone worktops are used in many professional kitchens. It has a far higher tensile strength than granite or marble.
